Return Policy

Created within one year of purchase You can initiate a return by contacting us at info@batterymall.nl via the delivery mailbox. an RMA number for you after the return request is approved. We typically process your return within 1-3 days of receiving the item.
There are two scenarios to determine whether you need to cover freight costs:
1 For reasons attributable to the customer, such as not wanting the product, purchasing the wrong item, etc., if a return is initiated, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs of EUR 5, the return costs of EUR 5, as well as a restocking fee of 10%.
2 If the return is caused by us, such as issues with battery quality, misleading product information, or wrong delivery, the return costs will be borne by us.

1 year warranty policy

If your battery malfunctions under normal use within 30 days to 1 year of the purchase date, we will replace your battery with a new one to save you valuable time. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1Battery damage due to misuse, overcharging, improper installation, cooling or improper adjustment.
2The battery has been disassembled and the sticker on the battery has been removed.
3The system has been updated and is not working properly.
4Note: It is normal to have 80% capacity left after one year of use.
